Before there was Soul Krave "Mother & Baby", there was Limarosa — a boutique Portuguese brand created by Rita de Lima Rosa and formulated by a medical herbalist with over 25 years of experience. 

For over a decade, Rita witnessed the silence around women’s needs in her practice: from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond — women were often left without true care. Limarosa was born to fill this sacred gap: formulas made with reverence, crafted from 100% natural, unprocessed ingredients, uniting ancestral plant medicine with modern science. Each product was a circle of doulas in a jar — holding, soothing, and reminding women of their body’s innate wisdom.

Our Founders - A Meeting Meant to Be 

Our story is also one of fate. Sometimes life brings people together at just the right moment. After the birth of her first child, Kristina was referred to Rita through her UAE physiotherapist — a meeting that felt less like chance and more like destiny.

From their first conversation, their alignment was undeniable: honesty, integrity, deep care, and a shared belief that motherhood should be honoured with the highest-quality support.
