Our products are formulated with the guidance of a medical herbalist, biologist, and healthcare professional, and have been tested in clinical practice for more than a decade with over 6000 families.
Every ingredient has a purpose. Every formula is created with intention.

Where are your products made?

All Soul Krave creations are handcrafted in our Lab in Portugal in small sacred batches, with deep respect for mothers, babies, and the earth.

Are your ingredients natural and safe?

Yes. We say yes to:

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

All Soul Krave formulas are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Most are vegan, except those containing ethically sourced beeswax.

Are your products safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes. Our formulations are developed specifically for these tender phases, using safe botanicals and gentle ingredients.
Each product clearly states the recommended stage of use.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Portugal to the EU and selected international regions (except Luxembourg, Switzerland and UK).

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

How long does delivery take?

  • Portugal: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • International: varies by country

You’ll receive tracking information once your parcel ships.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us (connect@soulkrave.com ) within 48 hours with photos. We will lovingly replace any damaged item, you deserve to feel held at every stage of your experience.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the intimate nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days.

Can I gift Soul Krave products?

Yes, our curated Ritual Bundles make meaningful gifts for every friend and during pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, and newborn care.

We also offer an E-Gift Card, so you can always gift exactly what the person you care for truly needs.

III. PRODUCTS & DAILY USE — FOR BABIES & NEWBORNS

Are your products suitable for newborns?

Yes. Products like Baby Bath, Mom & Baby Oil, Mom & Baby Balm, and Happy Skin are safe from birth, and intentionally crafted without essential oils or harsh ingredients.

How often should I bathe my newborn?

Newborns don’t need daily baths.
A gentle bath 2–3 times a week is often enough, unless needed for comfort or connection.

What should I use in my baby’s bath?

We recommend avoiding soaps in the early months.
Our Baby Bath is a milky botanical infusion that:
• cleanses without stripping
• calms irritation
• hydrates deeply
• supports eczema-prone skin

A safe and soothing ritual from day one.

The same goes for our Mom & Baby Oil, a nurturing easy option for baby’s skin and bonding moments.

How do I hydrate my baby’s skin?

Depending on your baby's skin:

  • Mom & Baby Oil — for bath and body massage
  • Happy Skin Lotion — hydrating, eczema-savior, fragrance-free
  • Mom & Baby Balm — for dry patches, cheeks, rash-prone areas

Some babies need little to no extra hydration when using gentle, non-soap products.

What should I use for diaper changes?

For urine:
→ Warm water + soft cloth is enough.

For stools or sensitive skin:
→ Bottom Spray
→ A few drops of Mom & Baby oil on a warm cloth
→ Baby Bath tea infusion

Then:
→ Let the skin dry fully before closing the diaper.

How do I soothe diaper rash?

A three-part routine helps:

  1. Calm cleanse
  2. Dry thoroughly
  3. Protect the area with Mom & Baby Balm or Happy Skin Lotion

Breathable time without a diaper, moments in the sunlight, reviewing detergents and avoiding acidic foods (like orange and tomato in case the baby is already eating)  can also support healing.

What do you recommend for eczema-prone or reactive skin?

  • Avoid soaps and synthetic fragrances
  • Use Baby Bath
  • Apply Happy Skin Soothing Lotion 2–3× daily
  • Seal with Mom & Baby Balm
  • Review detergents, wipes, and clothing materials
  • Be aware of family allergies and triggering foods

Botanicals like oat, calendula, chamomile, marshmallow, and plantain support skin regeneration and comfort.

IV. PRODUCTS & DAILY USE — FOR MOTHERS — PREGNANCY, POSTPARTUM & BREASTFEEDING

How do I prepare my perineum during pregnancy?

The Sacred Intimate Oil can be used for perineal massage from week 34 onwards to support elasticity, softness, and body awareness.

What helps with perineal healing after birth?

Our Bottom Ritual Line offers complete, gentle support:

Can I use these products after a C-section?

Yes:

Life Line Balm is ideal once the incision is fully closed, helping soften the scar and restore tissue flexibility.

How do I prevent or soften stretch marks?

Our Glowing Skin Stretch Mark Lotion deeply nourishes with rosehip, centella asiatica, seaweed, avocado, shea butter, and hydrosols to support elasticity and comfort.
Massage twice daily on the belly, hips, thighs, and chest.

Also be aware of hydration (liquids and food) and minerals.

What is the Sacred Intimate Oil used for?

A multi-purpose formula for: ✓ Daily intimate cleansing (soap-free, microbiome-friendly) ✓ Perineal massage ✓ Postpartum dryness ✓ Breast, body, or facial massage ✓ Emotional reconnection with the feminine

What supports milk production naturally?

Milky Boost Tea contains galactagogue herbs such as fennel, fenugreek, nettle, raspberry leaf and milk thistle — traditionally used to support:
• healthy milk flow
• digestion (mother & baby)
• relaxation (stress inhibits let-down)

This tea is meant to be a complement, as milk production is influenced by many factors. A correct latch is essential, as well as the baby nursing regularly. Next comes the mother’s rest, nourishment, and hydration. And lastly, though just as important, self-compassion and kindness.

We always recommend seeking the support of a healthcare professional in this field, as well as a nurturing support network.

 Is the Mom & Baby Balm safe for nipples?

Yes. It is 100% natural and does not need to be removed before breastfeeding although we recommend applying it after so the balm can have more time to do its magic.
It soothes cracks, dryness, and irritation with calendula, marshmallow, coconut oil, and shea butter.
