1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
• Portugal
• All EU countries
Shipping availability may change depending on courier service.
2. Processing Time
• Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
• During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Approximate delivery estimates:
Portugal: 1–5 business days
EU: 3–10 business days
These are estimates only. Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier operations are outside our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Package weight
• Courier chosen
Free shipping may be offered via promotions or minimum-order thresholds.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU:
• Customs fees, VAT, or import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
• These charges cannot be predicted by Soul Krave.
If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Soul Krave is not responsible for:
• Wrong or incomplete shipping addresses
• Lost packages due to incorrect information
• Re-delivery fees charged by couriers

7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will open an investigation with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.
