RETURNS POLICY — (EU Consumer Law + Hygiene Restrictions)

Soul Krave “Mother & Baby” sells mother, postpartum, breastfeeding, and baby-care products, strict EU hygiene rules apply.
Your safety - and your baby’s - comes first.

1. Items That Cannot Be Returned Due to EU health regulations, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:

• Baby skincare
• Mother skincare
• Body oils, balms, lotions
• Herbal/postpartum teas
• Bath products (e.g., baby baths, sachets, salts)
• Perineal sprays
• Lip products
• Underwear, postpartum garments, wearables
• Items that cannot be resold for hygiene/safety reasons If a hygiene seal is broken, the return cannot be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility (Unopened Items Only)
We accept returns only if:
• The item is unused, unopened, in original condition
• Includes all original packaging
• Return request is made within 14 days of delivery (EU law)
• Customer provides proof of purchase

3. Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrived damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 7 days
• Provide photos + order number
• We will replace or refund after assessment

• Reason for return We will provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged/defective.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is:
• Received
• Inspected
• Approved
Refund processing may take 5–14 business days.

7. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
